If you don’t own a passport from any of the below countries then you must apply for a non-immigrant visa. If you live in a Visa Waiver country but do not have a valid passport and citizenship then you are not eligible to travel. You must put the country you have a citizenship for on your application.
United Kingdom (Includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
If you are a full citizen of any of the above countries then you are eligible to enter the United States for leisure, business or transit.
If you have a dual citizenship you can put both citizenship details on your application, ensure that you put a Visa Waiver passport as your main citizenship when you apply.
If you are a Canadian citizen then you do not need an ESTA and you can enter the US providing you have a valid Canadian passport.
The Department of Homeland Security can add or remove countries at their own discretion, in which case we will update the list.
